Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, remembered as one of the most iconic voices in Punjabi music, was celebrated on his birth anniversary, June 11, with the release of three unreleased tracks.
Even after his tragic death, Moosewala's legacy lives on thanks to his hit songs, including "295," "Goat," and "So High."
As part of an extended play called Moose Print, three new songs—"0008," "Neal," and "Take Notes"—were posted on his official YouTube channel on the day that would have been his 32nd birthday.
Within an hour of going live, all three tracks had surpassed one million views, demonstrating the emotional impact the release had on fans.
Balkaur Singh, Sidhu's father, had previously referred to the release, promising fans that they would hear new music from the adored singer on this momentous occasion.
The tribute was given soon after two episodes of the BBC World Service's documentary The Killing Call were broadcast, which helped to revive interest in Moosewala. Fans from all over the world came together to celebrate and remember Sidhu Moosewala's unparalleled musical journey as Moose Print went viral.

On May 29, 2022, Sidhu Moose Wala, one of the most well-known Punjabi singers in India, was tragically murdered. In Jawaharke village, Mansa district, Punjab, he was sitting in his car when he was shot and killed by assailants.
