Kayadu Lohar was born in Tezpur, Assam. She completed her education with a degree in Commerce (B.Com). Kayadu started her acting career with the Kannada movie Mugilpetet in 2021. She then ventured into Malayalam cinema with Pathonpatham Noottandu, which was released on 8th September 2022.
She also worked in the Telugu film Alluri alongside Shree Vishnu. In addition to Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam films, she has also made her debut in Marathi cinema with the movie I Prem U.
