Jr. NTR is currently working on his eagerly awaited project Dragon with director Prashanth Neel, and he will soon reveal a brand-new avatar to fans. Following War 2's successful theatrical run, the RRR star is anticipated to return to the sets, in a distinctive makeover created especially for one of the movie's most dramatic action scenes.
As per the latest rumours in the industry, Jr. NTR will appear in Dragon with a makeover designed especially for a high-action episode. This scene, which combines Tarak's commanding on-screen presence with Neel's signature larger-than-life staging, is hailed as one of the most lavish highlights of the movie. Views of the actor's intense workouts have already raised rumours about the makeover, even though an official announcement is still pending.
Jr. NTR and Prashanth Neel, the director of KGF and Salaar, work together for the first time on this action extravaganza. The movie, tentatively titled Dragon (NTRNeel), is scheduled to debut in theatres on June 25, 2026.
Although the entire cast has not yet been revealed by the producers, rumors suggest that Malayalam sensation Tovino Thomas and Kantara: Chapter 1 star Rukmini Vasanth will play important parts. Mythri Movie Makers is supporting the project, and Ravi Basrur is composing the music.
In the sixth instalment of the YRF Spy Universe, Ayan Mukerji's War 2, Jr. NTR last appeared on the big screen with Hrithik Roshan. In a thrilling confrontation with Hrithik's Kabir, Tarak proved to be a formidable special forces officer in the suspenseful thriller.

In addition, Anil Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, and Bobby Deol made a brief appearance in the movie to hint at the upcoming Alpha, which starred Alia Bhatt.
Jr. NTR's upcoming projects are impressive and include a mythological drama with Trivikram Srinivas, a biopic about Dadasaheb Phalke, and a collaboration with Jailer director Nelson Dilipkumar.
