Negotiations to reserve the famous Beijing National Stadium, also referred to as the Bird's Nest, as a possible concert venue have been alluded to by industry insiders.
Even though the reservation is still pending, the ramifications are enormous. If BLACKPINK performs at the stadium, which has 91,000 seats and is well-known for hosting the 2008 Olympics, it will be a landmark event for K-pop.
