The top scorer of the Civil Services Exam 2023, Aditya Srivastava, achieved a score of 54.27 percent according to the detailed results released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Animesh Pradhan followed closely behind with a score of 52.69 percent.
The UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE) considers a candidate's performance in two stages for the final merit list. The written exam, also known as the Mains, carries a weightage of 1750 marks. Following this, a personality assessment, called the Interview, can contribute an additional maximum of 275 marks.
Srivastava secured 1099 marks, while Pradhan scored 1067, followed by Donuru Ananya Reddy (1065), P K Sidharth Ramkumar (1059), and Ruhani (1049).
According to UPSC, a total of 1,016 candidates passed the examination and have been recommended for different central government services. 347 candidates from the general category cleared the exam, while from the economically weaker sections (EWS) 115 aspirants were recommended.
Moreover, 303 applicants from the other backward classes (OBC) passed the exam, while 165 and 86 applicants from the scheduled castes (SCs) and scheduled tribes (STs) respectively managed to secure their names in the prestigious list, according to UPSC.

-Find the notification that says ‘Marks of Recommended Candidates’
-Click on the UPSC result link and a PDF will open, which will have the details of all the qualified candidates
-You can check if you have qualified with your name, roll number.
