The Director of School Education, Telangana, has released the provisional answer key for the Telangana Teacher’s Eligibility Test (TS TET). Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check and download the subject-wise answer key from the official website at tgtet2024.aptonline.in once released.

Steps to Download TS TET Answer Key 2025

1. Visit the official website at tgtet2024.aptonline.in.


2. Click on the link labelled “Provisional Answer Key” on the home page.


3. Log in using your roll number and date of birth.


4. Download the answer key and review it carefully.

Candidates can raise objections to the provisional answer key until 27 January 2025. To do so, they must submit supporting documents along with an objection fee. After reviewing the objections, the authorities will release the final answer key. The final results of the TS TET 2025 are expected to be announced on 5 February 2025.

The TS TET 2025 exams were conducted from 2 to 20 January in two shifts, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. This year, approximately 2.75 lakh candidates applied for the exam.

The exam consists of two papers:

• Paper I is for candidates aspiring to teach classes 1 to 5.


• Paper II is for candidates aiming to teach classes 6 to 8.

Passing Marks for TS TET

The minimum marks required to pass the exam vary by category:

• General category: 60% or more


• BC category: 50% or more


• SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates: 40% or more

The Telangana government has announced that the TET will now be conducted annually. Additionally, the TS TET certificate, which previously had a validity of seven years, is now valid for a lifetime. The TET scores will be considered during the recruitment of teachers.
