CLAT High Court Hearing 2025: The Delhi High Court has ordered the Consortium of National Law Universities to revise the results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 undergraduate exam. The court found errors in two questions and directed the consortium to make necessary corrections.

Justice Jyoti Singh, in a 29-page order, ruled that errors in questions 14 and 100 of Set A were "demonstrably clear" and ignoring them would be unjust to the candidates. The court ordered the inclusion of marks for those who chose Option C for question 14 and the exclusion of question 100 from the evaluation.

"This is not a case where the courts should adopt a complete hands-off approach. The errors in Question Nos.14 and 100 are demonstrably clear and shutting a blind eye to the same would-be injustice to the Petitioner albeit this Court is conscious of the fact that it may impact the result of other candidates," the court said in its order.

This decision came after a 17-year-old candidate, Aditya Singh, challenged the final answer key and sought a review by an expert committee. Singh argued that errors in the answer key had negatively impacted his admission prospects.
