While premium zones like Udyog Vihar-5 saw bids matching reserve prices (Rs 38.6 crore), areas outside central business districts witnessed aggressive bidding. Gadauli recorded the steepest rise at 52%, selling for Rs 28.13 crore against Rs 18.5 crore. Manesar zones also saw sharp jumps: Sector 7 bus stand fetched Rs 22.8 crore (32% above reserve) and Pataudi Road (IMT Manesar) went for Rs 25.13 crore, a 32% premium.

According to PTI, the Excise and Taxation Department reported strong participation across Haryana’s eight districts - Gurugram (West), Rohtak, Panipat, Jhajjar, Hisar, Sirsa, Narnaul and Mewat - with 283 of 411 zones (70%) allotted in this round. License fees totalled Rs 3,400 crore, marking a "substantial increase" from last year’s first-round figures, said Excise Commissioner Vinay Pratap Singh. The remaining 128 zones will be re-auctioned in June.
