Google recently hosted the “Made on YouTube” event, launching a suite of innovative features aimed to help creators improve their content and connect more with audiences. The video-streaming platform is introducing a new feature that allows creators to break their uploaded videos into seasons and episodes, similar to the format used by paid subscription services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

This new format will make it easier to organize videos, and viewers will also be able to find any specific content on a channel with ease. Although YouTube hasn't provided details on how this new formatting will appear on desktop and mobile devices, it's expected to be soon rolled out for all YouTube users, irrespective of the viewing mode.

YouTube has also rolled out a Community Hub tab in the YouTube Studio that will offer creators better insights into their audience interactions. With AI-enhanced comment reply suggestions, creators can easily engage with viewers, maintaining responsiveness even as they grow on YouTube.

Another cool addition is the introduction of a ‘Hype’ feature that lets creators with fewer subscribers promote their videos on a weekly leaderboard. It helps creators gain recognition and connect with new audiences. The feature is currently in test mode in Brazil, Turkey, and Taiwan, and YouTube plans to expand to more countries it in the coming months.
