Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Active is coming later this month: Launch date, price, features and more

Xiaomi is expanding its wearable portfolio with the launch of Redmi Watch 5 Active in India. The company has confirmed the launch date for its upcoming smartwatch via a post on microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter). The post also highlights a couple of features that the Watch 5 Active will offer.

According to the recent post, Xiaomi will launch the Watch 5 Active on August 27. “#RedmiWatch5Active has got the time! Calling you on 27th August”, reads the post.

Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Active: Features
As mentioned, Xiaomi has already highlighted a couple of features about its upcoming Redmi smartwatch. As per the post, the Watch 5 Active will offer 18 days of battery life.

In addition to this, the smartwatch is set to come with Clear+ Calling feature and it will run HyperOS. The watch will feature a 2.0-inch display.

Apart from these, the smartwatch is expected to offer a range of health and fitness features including SpO2, heart rate monitoring and over 100 fitness and 140 sports modes.

Other than this, the Watch 5 Active can also come equipped with Alexa like its predecessor, Watch 3 Active.
