According to the leak, the Xiaomi 16 could be the first phone to come with a brand-new processor called the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. Another big highlight is the huge 6,800mAh battery, which should easily last more than a day on a single charge. It’s also said to support 100W fast charging, so it won’t take long to power up. To give you an idea, last year’s Xiaomi 15 had a 5,400mAh battery, and most phones with similar screen sizes don’t come close to this battery size.

Even with the big battery, the Xiaomi 16 is expected to be thin and light, which is good news for those who don’t like bulky phones.
