Red Dead Redemption Mobile is officially launching on December 2, 2025, and the mobile version of Rockstar’s open-world western will be available exclusively to Netflix subscribers. Since the game will be streamable and playable through the Netflix app, having an active Netflix plan becomes essential. Netflix already offers access to dozens of mobile games at no additional cost, and Red Dead Redemption Mobile is set to be the biggest title yet on the platform.
Supported plans
Netflix offers four subscription plans in India, and all of them provide access to Netflix Games on mobile devices. However, the quality of streaming and number of supported devices vary depending on the tier you choose.
Mobile Plan – Rs 149/month
The most affordable option allows users to play Red Dead Redemption Mobile on a single smartphone or tablet. This plan is limited to SD (480p) streaming, but users can download and play supported games on their mobile devices.
Basic Plan – Rs 199/month
The Basic plan supports one device at a time and streams content in HD (720p). It also enables game downloads on one supported device, making it suitable for individual players who want slightly better video quality.
Standard Plan – Rs 499/month
This plan supports streaming in Full HD (1080p) and allows two devices to access Netflix simultaneously. Users can also download games on two supported devices. This plan is ideal for households with two active users.
Premium Plan – Rs 649/month
The highest tier offers 4K HDR streaming and supports up to four devices at once. Subscribers can download Netflix Games on up to six supported devices, making it the most flexible option for families or multi-device users.
Availability
Red Dead Redemption Mobile will be available globally beginning December 2, 2025. Players can download and launch the game from within the Netflix app on Android and iOS devices. No additional purchase is required beyond a valid subscription.
