Realme is gearing up to launch its next flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 7 Pro, in India soon. The brand has announced that it will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and will launch in India next month. The company has also revealed that it will be the first flagship smartphone in India to feature this latest top-tier chipset.
Realme has also confirmed that the GT 7 Pro will be available for purchase in the country via Amazon and select offline stores.
Realme GT 7 Pro: Expected specifications, features
Many leaks and rumours have suggested that the Realme GT 7 Pro is expected to come with a 6,500mAh battery and support for 120W fast charging. Moreover, it could be equipped with a Samsung quad micro-curved screen with DC dimming and an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for security.
Additionally, the device is anticipated to offer IP69 dust and water resistance. In terms of optics, the GT 7 Pro is anticipated to feature a 50MP Sony IMX 906 primary camera sensor, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera and a 50MP telephoto sensor.
If we talk about its performance, the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC powering the smartphone is built on a 3nm architecture. It has a second-generation Oryon CPU (central processing unit) with an octa-core design comprising two primary cores and six performance cores. The Snapdragon 8 Elite also has a Qualcomm AI Engine, which combines the CPU, GPU, and a Hexagon neural processing unit (NPU). This NPU delivers 45% better AI performance and efficiency.
