Prowatch, the smartwatch accessory sub-brand of Lava International Ltd., will launch its latest smartwatch, Prowatch X, on February 15, 2025. The smartwatch includes VO2 Max measurement and body energy monitoring, features designed for fitness tracking and health insights.

Prowatch X’s VO2 Max measurement assesses cardiovascular fitness levels. This feature provides data on endurance and performance, helping users track fitness improvements over time. It is designed for those engaged in running, cycling, and other workouts where oxygen consumption plays a key role in performance.

The body energy monitoring feature analyzes multiple health metrics, including heart rate variability, stress levels, sleep patterns, and daily activity. It provides real-time estimates of energy levels to help users plan workouts, rest periods, and daily activities. The feature aims to assist in optimizing recovery and workload management.

Prowatch X will be available in different strap variants. Sales will begin on February 21, 2025, and the smartwatch will be sold exclusively on Flipkart.com.
