OnePlus Open starts receiving OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 in India

OnePlus Open is starting to receive the OxygenOS 15 stable release. This update is already rolling out in batches in India, and the company plans to roll out to other markets like North American, European, and GLO markets in the coming weeks. It brings new artificial intelligence (AI) features, improved animations, better multitasking, and other prominent updates.

The OnePlus Open’s OxygenOS 15 update introduces the firmware CPH2551_15.0.0.200 (EX01) update, which is based on Android 15. It brings a plethora of new features and improvements, including new ultra-animation effects, AI apps, new themes, camera enhancements, and other battery and system improvements.

One of the standout features of this update is the inclusion of the AI Reflection Eraser, which removes glass reflections from photos. Another popular update is AI Retouch, which enhances clarity in cropped, distant, or low-quality images. There's also an AI Notes feature, which adds a set of writing tools that use generative AI to improve the writing quality throughout OxygenOS 15.
