NVIDIA recently held its “Future of AI” showcase in New Delhi, where it gave a closer look at the upcoming GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs. The new graphics cards are based on NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture and are set to launch later this month. The event focused on how these GPUs will shape the future of gaming, content creation, and design through AI.
One of the key highlights was the GeForce RTX 5050, which will go on sale in the second half of July starting at around Rs 27,000. These cards will be available through several brands like ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte, and also as part of pre-built desktops from Indian system builders such as EliteHubs and Ant PC. The RTX 5050 is designed to work even with modest PC power supplies and comes with 8GB of video memory and upgraded cores for AI and ray tracing.
What makes the RTX 50 Series different is how it uses AI. For example, with DLSS 4 and Multi Frame Generation, gamers can get significantly higher frame rates without needing to upgrade other parts of their setup. AI is also being used in tools like RTX Neural Shaders and RTX Neural Faces, which improve how characters and lighting look in real-time games.
NVIDIA also showcased a range of RTX-powered laptops from brands like HP and ASUS. These laptops aim to balance performance with battery life and are packed with AI features for gaming and creative work.
But the event wasn’t just about gaming. NVIDIA demonstrated how the same technology can be used by designers and developers. Tools like AI Arch Design can turn rough sketches or simple models into detailed 3D visuals in seconds, while apps like AnythingLLM allow users to run language models locally on their PCs. This means you can work with AI tools without sending data to the cloud, keeping things faster and more private.
The event also touched on AI upgrades in apps like Chaos Enscape, used by architects and 3D designers, and how DLSS 4 is being adopted faster than any previous NVIDIA technology.
In short, NVIDIA is pushing AI forward not just for better-looking games, but also for real-world creative and design work. And with the RTX 50 Series, it’s trying to bring that power to more people.
