Milagrow Duster Pro review: Lightweight cleaning for cars, desks and corners
The Milagrow Duster Pro is a practical handheld vacuum for focused cleaning tasks. At Rs 3,999, it makes sense for cars, desks and quick clean-ups, provided expectations are aligned with its compact form factor.
Design and portability At 495 grams, the Duster Pro’s biggest strength is how easy it is to handle. The compact, cordless design makes it well suited for car interiors, desk drawers, door pockets and keyboards, where larger vacuums are simply awkward. It feels purpose-built for quick, targeted clean-ups rather than full-room use.
Cleaning performance The 16,000Pa suction from the Japanese brushless motor is strong for a handheld vacuum at this price. It handles dust, crumbs, pet hair and light debris without much effort. That said, it is clearly designed for small messes and tight spaces, not deep carpet cleaning or heavy-duty jobs.
Attachments and versatility The included accessories add genuine value. The crevice tool works well in narrow gaps, the brush helps loosen stubborn dust, and the flat multi-surface attachment is effective on upholstery, car seats and sofa fabric. For pet owners, it does a decent job of lifting surface hair, though it will not replace a full-sized vacuum.
Battery life and modes Two suction modes give some flexibility. The low-power mode offers up to 28 minutes of runtime, which is sufficient for quick daily cleaning tasks. Higher suction shortens battery life noticeably, so longer sessions will require some planning.
Charging and usability USB-C charging is a welcome inclusion at Rs 3,999, making it easy to top up using common chargers. The LED indicator is simple but useful, clearly showing charging status. Charging takes a few hours, which is reasonable for a device in this category.
Maintenance and value Emptying the dustbin is straightforward, and the washable HEPA-13 filter helps keep running costs down. As a lightweight, convenient cleaner for small spaces, the Duster Pro delivers good value. However, buyers should be clear that it complements a regular vacuum rather than replacing one.
