LinkedIn's new AI 'Job Match' feature will help find the right job openings, here's how

Finding a job through LinkedIn is easy, but the process can often be taxing. Many times, you apply to multiple jobs but hear back from none. Days are spent anticipating outcomes, often with no closure. This usually happens because companies receive too many applications, and many applicants are not a good fit for the role. To tackle this issue and help people find better jobs, LinkedIn is rolling out a new AI-powered feature called Job Match.

According to an Endgadget report, the new Job Match feature, which is powered by AI will help job seekers understand how well their skills and experience align with a specific job listing. Instead of just providing matching keywords, it will analyse the professional experience of the applicants and compare it with the qualifications needed for the job role.

Here is how Job Match feature works 

– If it thinks you are a strong match for a role, it will encourage you to apply for the role. If not, it encourages you to apply for other roles. Basically, guiding you to skip roles that may not be a perfect fit for you.
