Earlier this week, Honor unveiled its latest gaming smartphone, the Honor GT Pad Pro, in the Chinese market. Alongside this device, the company has also introduced the Honor Pad GT, which comes with a key focus on gaming. It also boasts a sleek design, weighing under 500 grams, and is enhanced by HONOR Turbo X for optimized gaming performance.
Honor Pad GT: Price
The HONOR Pad GT is now available in China and comes in Blue, Gray, and White colour options. It has a starting price of 1899 yuan (around Rs 22,000) for the base model with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Further, the 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB RAM and storage variants are priced at 2199 yuan (around Rs 25,600), 2499 yuan (around Rs 29,000), and 2799 yuan (around Rs 32,700), respectively. The company is also offering a 200 yuan discount on all models initially as part of the launch offers.
Honor Pad GT: Specifications, features
The Honor Pad GT uses an 11.5-inch LCD with 2.8K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 500 nits peak brightness. The display also features IMAX Enhanced compatibility and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for flicker-free and low blue light performance. Further, the tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition chipset and uses the HONOR Turbo X AI system to improve gaming by predicting lag risks, allocating resources efficiently to ensure smooth gameplay.
The Pad GT comes with a 13MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera. It has a large 10,100mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. For an immersive audio experience, the tablet comes with eight speakers that provide spatial audio positioning, offering strong bass and clear treble. In terms of OS, the tablet runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 skin on top.
