Rockstar Games has already announced that GTA 6 is coming out on May 26, 2026, which is a slight delay from the game’s initial launch timeline. In India, the standard edition is expected to cost around Rs 5,999. Meanwhile, the GTA 6 Deluxe Edition could be priced at Rs 7,299.
GTA 6: Available platforms, gameplay
GTA 6 is going to be the biggest game in the GTA franchise and is likely to feature a dynamic open-world environment with multiple day-night live events. Rockstar Games is also focusing on making NPCs behave more realistically, providing a more immersive gameplay experience. GTA 6 will be launched for all PlayStation 5 models along with Xbox Series X and Series S, with a PC release date expected to happen in 2027.

The game will have two main protagonists, Jason and Lucia, and all the missions will likely revolve around the relationship between these characters and their various activities. In addition, we will also get to see other crucial side characters like Raul Batista, Boobie Ike, Cal Hampton, and others. GTA 6 will be set in the world of Leonada, Rockstar’s fictional take on Florida. It will likely include the Vice City map, and according to Rockstar, it will be “the biggest, most immersive evolution of the Grand Theft Auto series yet.”
