New GPUs, AI supercomputer, monitors and motherboards launched under ‘LEADING EDGE’ theme

Gigabyte unveiled a new lineup of AI-centric products under the theme “LEADING EDGE” at its Gigabyte EVENT ahead of COMPUTEX 2025. The announcements focused on pushing performance across gaming, content creation, and enterprise AI—led by the debut of X3D Turbo Mode 2 for motherboards.

X3D Turbo Mode and motherboard upgrades
The new AORUS X870 X3D motherboards—available in MASTER, PRO, and ELITE ICE variants—introduce X3D Turbo Mode 2. This AI-powered feature delivers up to 35% performance gains by automatically adjusting settings based on workload. The Z890 motherboard lineup for Intel platforms supports Ultra Turbo Mode BIOS, offering boosts of up to 38% without manual overclocking.

The Z890 AORUS TACHYON ICE set a memory speed world record with AI-assisted overclocking. Gigabyte also revealed the STEALTH ICE series, which includes motherboards, the AORUS RTX 5090 GPU, and a reverse-connector PC case for cleaner setups.

AI supercomputer and GPU dock
The AI TOP ATOM is a compact AI supercomputer built on the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip. It supports AI models with up to 200 billion parameters and can scale to 405 billion through clustering.
