Reports of website and app errors surfaced soon after the sale began, affecting transactions and product browsing. Shoppers have encountered messages such as “Wow, looks like all of India is here,” along with prompts to retry after a short wait. Some users reported seeing “Something went wrong! Please try again later” alongside error codes. These interruptions caused delays in completing orders and disrupted the overall shopping experience.

Data collected by Downdetector shows a spike in outage reports after midnight. Nearly 200 incidents were filed in a brief period. Of these, 48% relate to website access, 42% to app performance, while 10% concern checkout processes. Reported outages affect several locations throughout India. Screenshots from users display the queue and error communications, including “Retry in 1 sec” and “M429,” reflecting server overload during the sale window.
