Asus launches Chromebook CX14 with ChromeOS, 100GB free cloud storage: Price, features and more

Asus has announced the launch of its new Chromebook CX14 in India. The lightweight laptop is designed for students, educators, and casual users who prefer a clean, reliable computing experience. Priced from Rs. 18,990, the Chromebook CX14 runs on Google’s ChromeOS and comes with built-in security, productivity tools, and access to Google Workspace.

Price and availability
The Asus Chromebook CX14 is available in two variants. The CX1405CKA-NK0154 variant is priced at Rs. 18,990, while the CX1405CKA-NK0155 variant costs Rs. 20,990. Both versions are now available for purchase on Flipkart and the official Asus India e-store. A third variant—CX1405CKA-S60394—will be available on Amazon soon.

Key features
The Chromebook CX14 runs on the Intel Celeron N4500 processor and offers up to 8GB RAM and 128GB eMMC storage. It features a 14-inch Full HD display available in two panel types—TN and VIPS—delivering up to 300 nits brightness. It also supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and includes USB-C, HDMI, and USB-A ports for connectivity.

With a starting weight of just 1.39kg, the Chromebook CX14 is U.S. Military Grade-certified and uses a wear-resistant paint finish. It includes 100GB of Google Cloud storage, a Titan C security chip, and a 42Wh battery.
