Cupertino-based tech giant Apple will be hosting its 'Awe dropping' event this week on Tuesday (September 9), where its highly anticipated iPhone 17 series is set to be unveiled alongside new Apple Watch models and updated AirPods. However, ahead of the event, several smartphone case makers have started listing their cases for all the smartphones in the lineup.

According to a report by MacRumors, since last week, smartphone case brands such as Dbrand, Nudient, and Pitaka have all started listing their iPhone 17 series cases. The listings include covers and skins for the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. These listings even include the iPhone 17 Air, which is set to be the newest smartphone in the lineup, with the phone is revealed to come with a single camera with a rectangular module that spans across the entire width of the device.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 Pro can be seen with an updated camera module. The triple camera setup is now enlarged with the flash moving to the right side. The phone can also be seen with the new position of the Apple logo. All of these cases are currently available for pre-ordering or buying, even before these models are officially announced.

Moreover, according to a post by tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, citing China's CQC certification, the iPhone 17 Air could be backed by a 3,149mAh battery, while the iPhone 17 Pro might feature a 4,300mAh battery in the US and a smaller 4,000mAh battery in China. The flagship iPhone 17 Pro Max is tipped to come with 5,100mAh and 4,900mAh batteries in the US and China, respectively. This means that it will be the first iPhone to feature more than 5,000mAh capacity battery pack.
