Apple iCloud outage hit Photos, Find My, and more earlier today, here are issues users faced and what Apple has to say

Apple’s iCloud services, including Photos and Find My, faced outages early June 25 but were fully restored by morning, according to Apple.

Apple users faced widespread service disruptions earlier today, June 25, as several iCloud-based features, including Photos, Find My, iCloud Mail, and others, were temporarily affected. According to Apple’s System Status page, the issues began around 12:06 AM IST and were fully resolved by 4:30 AM.

The affected services included:
• iCloud Mail
• Photos
• Find My
• iCloud Account & Sign-In
• iCloud Web Apps (iCloud.com)

The Find My service, which helps users track their Apple devices or share locations, faced issues between 12:10 AM and 3:00 AM. Apple’s official description across all services stated that “some users were affected” and may have “experienced an issue” or “a problem” with access or functionality.

Data from the outage-tracking website -- Downdetector -- also revealed a significant spike in complaints around 1:15 AM, peaking at 908 reported problems. The majority of issues were related to email access (50%), followed by server connection problems (26%) and difficulties accessing or syncing files (24%).
