Ravindra Jadeja cemented his place in cricket history by dominating the ICC Test all-rounder rankings for the longest period of time. With an incredible 400 rating points, the Indian ace was confirmed as the top all-rounder in the International Cricket Council's (ICC) latest rankings. Despite his recent focus on white-ball competitions like the IPL, the accomplishment says eloquently about Jadeja’s incredible consistency and performance in Test cricket.

Notably, Jadeja overtook Jason Holder of the West Indies on March 9, 2022, to begin his run at the top of the ICC Test all-rounder rankings. Jadeja has now held onto this coveted position for an astounding 1,151 days, or more than 38 months and has maintained his lead over rivals like Mehedi Hasan Miraz of Bangladesh and Marco Jansen of South Africa.

Interestingly, Jadeja surpassed all-time greats like Imran Khan, Kapil Dev, and Jacques Kallis to achieve the incredible feat. The 36-year-old's most recent stint as the top-ranked all-rounder has seen him perform at his peak in all areas.
