IND vs AUS: Travis Head has cemented his reputation as a thorn in India's side, excelling across formats with remarkable consistency. From single-handedly leading Australia to victory in the WTC Final and the 2023 ODI World Cup Final against India, to now tormenting Rohit Sharma's men in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Head remains an unsolved puzzle for the Indian team.

Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan seized the opportunity to take a dig at the T20 World Cup champions, posting a cheeky jab on X. Vaughan took to X to poke fun at the Indian bowlers. Sharing a picture of a covered pitch from Day 1 of the Brisbane Test, he quipped: "Finally India have found a field to keep Travis head quiet," he wrote.

After scoring 89 runs in the series opener in Perth, Travis Head has only grown more dominant. He followed it up with a stunning 140 in the second Test and then smashed past the 150-run mark in the third match of the five-Test series. The 30-year-old is now on the brink of reaching 400 runs in just four innings against Rohit Sharma's side in the latest BGT.

Head has made light work of India's bowling attack, dismantling the likes of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Harshit Rana, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Washington Sundar, Ravichandran Ashwin, Akash Deep, and Ravindra Jadeja as if they were club-level bowlers. The visitors have shown a glaring lack of strategy and execution, allowing Head to dictate terms and bat at his own pace with ease.
