Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh – May 23, 2025: In a major update from the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the idols of Lord Ram, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman have departed from Jaipur and will be ceremoniously installed on the first floor of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya today. This event marks a significant spiritual and cultural milestone in the ongoing development of the grand Ram Mandir.
The Sapt Mandir, a special pavilion housing statue of revered sages, is already complete. By the end of 2025, all major construction activities, which began in 2020, are expected to be finalised. The sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor already houses the idol of Shri Ram Lalla in his childhood form, which was ceremoniously placed earlier during the grand Pran Pratishtha event.
With today's installation of Lord Ram, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman on the first floor, the spiritual heartbeat of Ayodhya grows stronger. The grand Ram Mandir continues to be a symbol of faith, tradition, and architectural excellence for millions across the country.
