Delta Air Lines is offering $30,000 apiece to each passenger who was aboard Delta Flight 4819, which crash-landed and flipped upside down at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday. The airline's offer has sparked attention, though it remains unclear how passengers can claim the money, as reported by NBC News.

Delta Flight 4819, traveling from Minneapolis to Toronto, encountered severe difficulties upon landing. The CRJ-900 aircraft burst into flames and flipped upside down on the runway at approximately 2:15 p.m. local time. The incident involved 76 passengers and four crew members, all of whom were left suspended by their seat belts when the plane came to a stop.

Though there were no fatalities, 21 passengers sustained injuries and were taken to nearby hospitals. Fortunately, none of the injuries were life-threatening. By Wednesday morning, all but one of the injured passengers had been released from the hospital, according to Delta Air Lines.
