Aditya Birla Finance to merge with Aditya Birla Capital, creating a Rs 5 lakh cr AUM NBFC

Aditya Birla Capital Limited and Aditya Birla Finance have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation to create a large unified operating NBFC. The merger will result in a reduction of legal entities and simplification of the group structure of Aditya Birla Capital. The merger will mean that Aditya Birla Finance will no longer have to go public as stipulated by RBI’s Scale based Regulations.
