Tesla's humanoid robot Optimus can now do yoga, gesture "namaste" and even sort blocks by colour autonomously with ease and at a human-like speed, a video shared by the company on X, formerly Twitter, showed.

The clip, which is a little over a minute long, has already gathered more than 11 million views. It shows the ability of the robot to sort objects and even rectify its mistakes. Optimus was also shown to adapt to changes and be able to complete tasks even when amid human intervention.

The robot then performs yoga poses to show its balance and flexibility. It extended its limbs and even stood on one leg. Tesla also stated that Optimus is now capable of self-calibrating its arms and legs and can locate its limbs in space using vision and joint position encoders.

"Optimus can now sort objects autonomously. Its neural network is trained fully end-to-end: video in, controls out. Come join us to help develop Optimus (& improve its yoga routine)," Tesla Optimus's official account posted on X.

Reacting to the video, Tesla owner Elon Musk shared only one word: "Progress".
