Will IPL 4 be adversely affected by Lalit Modi's absence?

All this will have a positive impact on the IPL that will start on April 8. Plans for Season 4 are. CNBC-TV18's Nikita Rana reports on the first IPL without Lalit Modi and finds out if things will be different.
