Bisleri has remained one of India's most trusted water bottle brands, for several years. However, the popularity of the brand has not just been restricted to sales, but also to the fact that competitors have found different ways to rewrite the name and sold water bottles to gain revenue.
A few permutations of the name that have been seen on water bottles include "Belsri", "Bilseri" and "Brislei". The latest permutation, though, could be one that not many would have anticipated to be printed on the bottle.
Recently, a user shared on X (formerly Twitter) how the person had received a one litre water bottle with the word "Bestie" written on it which left the user contemplating as to whether this was the final permutation that could be made out of the original name.
The post, which got many retweets and likes, also saw many comments from users who could not stop laughing after seeing the bottle's photo. Some of them said they had seen other permutations as well on the bottle and shared photos of the same.
"Nope I saw ‘Bistar’ 3 days back. Unsure whether it was LGBTQ friendly or pointing towards my bed," one user said.
"I have one Bsclari at home And no it’s not a typo," another user wrote.
"Someone will launch Bustleri," a third user wrote.
