The photo, which quickly went viral on social media platform X, depicts the traveller sporting the airline's headrest cover as an improvised eye mask, complete with a pair of spectacles perched atop to prevent slippage.

Shared by X user “Backpacking Daku”, the photo garnered widespread attention, with many users marvelling at the passenger's ingenuity. "IndiGo now provides free eye masks for all their economy seat passengers," quipped Backpacking Daku alongside the photo in a caption.
