India's 'youngest millionaire' 4-month-old Ekagrah Rohan Murty has Rs 240 crore Infosys shares

Born to Infosys founder Narayana Murthy and author-philanthropist Sudha Murty's son Rohan Murty and daughter-in-law Aparna Krishnan on November 10, 2023, Ekagrah Rohan Murty is possibly the country's youngest millionaire.

The four-month-old boy is now the owner of 0.04 percent stake in Infosys. The shares, worth Rs 240 crore, were gifted by Narayana Murthy.

Ekagrah -- a Sanskrit word that means unwavering focus and determination -- was named after the Arjuna's “ekagrah” in the Mahabharata. The name also appears in the Bhagavad Gita’s sixth chapter, which focuses on yoga and meditation as means towards self-realisation.

The child is Narayana Murthy and Sudha Murty's third grandchild. Their first two grandkids are the two daughters of Akshata Murty and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
