Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu says the Ministry has implemented almost 99 percent of the announcements made in Union Budget. Speaking at the Global Business Forum 2015, Prabhu said the Ministry is open to suggestions to make railways faster, safer and cleaner. Also speaking at the event were Power Minister Piyush Goyal and Defence Minister Manohar Parikkar.
