Indian government making a global disclosure about the surgical strike across the LoC is a big change in the ongoing low-level Pakistan conflict, says journalist Shekhar Gupta. He feels Pakistan may not want to escalate the issue any further.He is of the opinion that India may be heading to a phase of violence along the LoC for some time. "We could go back to a situation of daily casualties like the Kargil War. But as long as it remains along the LoC, it may not be a big issue.
