As the Parliament gears up for a stormy winter session, the UPA is likely to have tough time over the issue of FDI in retail. Shekhar Gupta, Editor-in-Chief of The Indian Express does not expect the session to be a complete washout. He believes, a no confidence motion would surely be defeated, if it is moved and this would certainly strengthen UPA's position.
