The sudden death of Rohan Mirchandani, co-founder of Epigamia, at the age of 41 has sent shockwaves through the business community. Mirchandani passed away on Saturday following a cardiac arrest. Tributes have poured in from industry leaders and colleagues, mourning the untimely loss of the visionary entrepreneur.

Reflecting on the tragic news, she wrote, "It is heartbreaking to see stories of so many folks I know losing their lives in their 40s and 50s to heart attacks and stress-related ailments. It makes you question a lot of things."

Gupta also shared her thoughts on managing stress, emphasising the importance of gratitude. "As I get older, my greatest learning to manage stress is to be grateful," she said. In her post, she noted that achievements and accolades often lead to a "rat race" mentality, urging people to focus on blessings instead. "Rich lists and power lists will make you believe life is a race, but there is always someone who has more...and many who have less. Count the blessings and live the moments," she advised.

Ganesh Sonawane, CEO of Frido, also paid tribute, describing Mirchandani as a pioneer in the Indian startup ecosystem. "At just 41, he left us due to a heart attack, leaving behind a legacy of innovation in the Indian startup sector. His vision brought us a world-class brand, touching countless lives with phenomenal products. May he find eternal peace," Sonawane said.

The board of Epigamia released a statement honouring Mirchandani’s contributions and leadership. "Rohan was not only a visionary leader but also an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His unwavering commitment, boundless energy, and deep passion for Epigamia have left an indelible mark on all of us. We will work closely with the leadership of the company to take Rohan's legacy to greater heights," the statement read.
