Bryan Johnson, the millionaire obsessed with age reversal, has shared pictures of his transformation over six years. A photo collage shared by the ultra-wealthy entrepreneur shows him at three different stages of his life – once in 2018, then in 2023 and finally in 2024. The transformation has left social media stunned, with hundreds of people saying his anti-ageing regime seems to be having the opposite effect.
Bryan Johnson, 46, is a former Silicon Valley CEO who claims to have reversed his epigenetic age by 5.1 years through a strict anti-ageing regime on which he spends upwards of $2 million every year. The regime – known as Project Blueprint – has Johnson consuming more than 100 supplements a day, along with a strict diet where every calorie is tightly monitored.
“Even my Face ID is confused. I'm transitioning...” wrote Johnson while sharing the transformation collage on X, where it has been viewed a whopping 2 million times.
While many took digs at his appearance, others praised Johnson for his rigorous health regime.
“Tries to stop aging…. Proceeds to age quicker,” wrote one commenter. “It’s so crazy how you looked better in 2018,” another said.
You actually look older no jokes … but that’s just appearance,” an X user countered.
“The fuller face made you look younger though although I don’t doubt that your now feeling much healthier and have become healthier,” another opined.
Johnson has invested millions into his quest of reversing age, and follows a strict lifestyle with a special diet and a panel of doctors to monitor his health daily.
