Qualcomm sues Apple, alleging it shared chip code with Intel

Qualcomm has sued Apple claiming that the iPhone maker had shared its code to its rival Intel.

Qualcomm, the US firm that designs and markets wireless telecommunication products and services has claimed that Apple had breached the terms of the software license.

As per a report in Bloomberg stated that according to Qualcomm, Apple had used its unprecedented access to the company’s code to aid Intel corp.

Qualcomm filed a lawsuit against Apple in California state court in San Diego for breaching of a contract that deals with the use of software needed to make chips work with other parts of mobile phones and communicate with networks.
