His statement comes following the inauguration of the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) or Atal Setu by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last month. The sea bridge, touted to be India's longest, is considered to be a historic milestone in Mumbai’s infrastructure development.

While speaking at the Mumbai Tech Week organised by the Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai, the minister also said that the government dreams of developing mobility in a way that ensures anyone travelling in Mumbai can reach any destination within 59 minutes.
