The OnePlus Watch 2 offers exhaustive sleep pattern analysis capabilities, In addition to tracking different levels of sleep (deep sleep, light sleep, REM, awake) and rating your sleep quality with a score, this wearable also monitors your sleep breathing rate, assesses your snoring risk, and measures sleep blood oxygen levels.
Stress monitoring: It measures heart rate variability (HRV) over time and uses that data to calculate a stress score. It also makes it possible to visualise your stress levels over a given time period to help you manage your stress levels better.
Sports modes: This wearable tracks over 100 sports tracking modes. It’s the Badminton and Tennis mode that caught our attention. The Badminton Mode measures stats like the number of swings taken and the longest continuous rally. The tennis mode can track tennis-centric stats like the number of shots played. It differentiates between shots like forehand and backhand, topspin, slice to analyse your game better.
