"When the Fort Worth data centre comes online in late 2016, it will be 100 percent powered by 200 megawatts of wind energy and cooled using outdoor air instead of air conditioners," it said.

The Forth Worth data centre will be Facebook's fifth data centre (and fourth in the US), joining facilities in Iowa, Oregon, North Carolina and Sweden.
