Bajaj Auto have launched the new Discover 100, called the 100T in India at Rs 50,5000 ex-Delhi. The 4-stroke 4-valve 100cc machine makes 10.2PS of power (the highest in its class and eclipsing those of some 125cc machines) and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Bajaj claims that the Discover 100T will deliver a fuel efficiency of 87kmpl and will hit a top speed of 100kmph.
As far as styling goes, the 100T is similar to its elder sibling, the 125ST minus the mono-shock at the rear. Bajaj has equipped the 100T an electric starter, DC lighting, auto choke and Nitrox shock absorbers as standard. There are drum brakes at both the ends.
