The fact that the Nokia 808 PureView stole the show at the Mobile World Congress event held in Barcelona comes as no surprise. Before this handset was unveiled, many had expected the HTC One X to steal the show as it was the first handset to feature a quad-core processor. However, it seems that a camera’s capability is much worthier than a faster processor and this was seen with the Nokia 808 PureView winning the prestigious ‘Best New Mobile Handset, Device or Tablet at Mobile World Congress 2012’ award at the event. However, a few people felt that the only thing lacking on this handset was a formidable operating system, especially since Nokia does manufacture smartphones running on the Windows Phone OS.
