AVG launches new versions of its antivirus products

Internet and mobile security solutions provider AVG Technologies today announced the latest versions of its antivirus products. The range includes a new version of AVG’s AntiVirus FREE, and a revamped interface for all products incorporating touch-compatible technology and navigation to complement the latest hardware and operating systems. The 2013 range of products boasts of a new user interface that provides easy access to the most regularly used settings. The new range also promises a smoother install experience through a new Welcome screen; reduced boot time and minimized delays for an improved experience and smarter scanning for shorter scanning time with AVG Turbo Scan.Other new features include an enhanced and simplified firewall, making it easier for users to choose how they want to personalise their settings.
