Vodafone India will now allow its customers to talk to customer care executives via chat. The telecom company recently launched a new service called 'Happy to Help through Live Chat', which connects you to a customer care executive who you chat with and ask to solve any queries you might have. This service is currently available for Vodafone customers in Delhi & NCR, Gujarat and Mumbai, and can be used between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday.
