Yesterday Gujarat Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Prime Ministerial candidate - Narendra Modi laid out his economic agenda for the country. At least that is what he was supposed to do and while he hit all the key words - development, infrastructure, governance, implementation, reform, globalisation, federalism, some might say that is all he did - without getting into specifics. Was Narendra Modi's speech visionary or vague?
