The Delhi High Court has summoned Sonia and Rahul Gandhi on December 19 in the National Herald case, post a complaint by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy, which led to an uproar in the Parliament and the Congress termed it as 'political vendetta'. Swamy, however, says that he is fighting corruption and will continue to do so. Meanwhile, Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi, who is also representing the Gandhis in the case, says the case has no legal standing.
